Born 18 March 1949, Stockholm (Sweden) // Swedish-Norwegian singer and politician. She was the Norwegian Minister of Culture from 1990 to 1996 and CEO of the Swedish Film Institute from 2000 to 2006. She also represented Norway in the 1966 Eurovision Song Contest.
