Úlfur Eldjárn’s career spans everything from pop, elecctronic music and jazz, to classical and avant-garde music. He’s worked with some of Iceland’s most eclectic bands, such as the teen pop band Kósý, Funkstrasse, Kvartett Ó. Jónsson og Grjóni, Kanada and Trabant. He’s probably best known as a member of legendary synth cult Apparat Organ Quartet. Úlfur has also written music extensively for theatre, TV and films, among them a recent soundtrack for internationally acclaimed film InnSæi and the music for Opnun, a notable documentary series on Icelandic visual art.
