Klapa Skradinke - is a female Klapa ensemble from Skradin (Dalmatia), Croatia - known for promoting traditional Dalmatian Klapa Singing. Skradinke were awarded several national music awards including the "Kristalna vaza" awarded by one of the most widespread Croatian daily newspaper "Večernji list". Klapa singing is a well-known folk singing phenomenon of the Croatian coastal and suburban areas and the islands of Dalmatia. Traditionally Klapas were male ensembles, lately though Klapa singing among women is becoming popular.
