Ξεχασμένη Προφητεία (Forgotten Prophecy). Hardcore punk band formed in 1989 in Athens, Greece, out of the ashes of Χαοτική Απειλή (Chaotiki Apeili). The original line-up was a 5-piece consisting of Alekos Sismanidis on vocals (later in Χαοτικό Τέλος & Χειμερία Νάρκη/Hibernation), Dinos Zouberis on guitar & vocals (ex-Αδιέξοδο, Ναυτία & Χαοτική Απειλή, later in Βιομηχανική Αυτοκτονία/Industrial Suicide, Μεταλλακτικοί, Echo Tattoo, Thirty Ντέρτι, 667, Κάτω Από Το Δέντρο, Δημήτρης Πουλικάκος, Κρίστη Στασινοπούλου κλπ.), Giannis "Amerikanos" on guitar, Angelo Bartzis on bass (ex-Αυτοκαταστροφή) & George Satlanis (ex-Χαοτική Απειλή, later in Under The Sun). Soon Giannis left and the band settled to a 4-piece line-up that recorded a split LP on Loony Tunes Records (UK), originally planned to be shared between Ξεχασμένη Προφητεία & Capite Damnare from Milano but ended up being shared with the Dutch band Mushroom Attack (later Fleas & Lice). A tape with the LP material plus 2 studio out-takes was unofficially released before the band disbanded in 1990. The band was very active in the Athens squat scene during its brief life. In 2013, Alekos, George & Dinos with the help of Thanos (ex-Βιομηχανική Αυτοκτονία/Industrial Suicide, later in Under The Sun) re-recorded their song "Το Μεγάλο Σπίτι (1000 Bottles version)" as a tribute to the then-evicted Villa Amalias squat.
