During period of study was accepted (by the competion) as choirmaster, conductor of Petrozavodsk Musical Theatre (1959). After graduate school at Moscow State Conservatory faculty of opera and symphony conducting (class of Professor L. Ginzburg) was conductor of the Moscow Operetta Theater (1962-67). Conductor: 1959 Petrozavodsk Musical Theatre 1962 - 1967 Moscow Operetta Theater 1968 - 1969 Moscow tour opera, the chief conductor. 1970 - 1973 Odessa Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. 1973 - 1974 a musical consultant of symphony orchestras in Cuba. 1974 State Wind Orchestra of the RSFSR, the chief conductor 1974 - 1975 Moscow State Music Hall, the chief conductor 1977 - 1990 Orchestra of Symphonic and Variety Music of the USSR State Committee for Television and Radio, artistic director and chief conductor. 1991 - 1996 Symphony Orchestra of Russia State TV and Radio Company "Ostankino", artistic director and chief conductor.
