David Khanjyan or Khanjian (1940–1981) was an Armenian conductor and pianist, Honored Artist of the Armenian SSR (1977), Principal Conductor and Artistic Director of Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra (1974–81). He studied with Mikael Malantzian at the Yerevan State Conservatory and Hans Swarowsky at Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Vienna.
