George Garanian Quartet was formed in the middle of the 1960s by Georgij Garanian and Nicolai Gromin. They participated in various jazz festivals in Moscow, Tallinn, Warsaw, Prague and gave numerous solo concerts both in the Soviet Union and abroad.
