A.k.a. Павел Александрович Висковатов

(1842-1905) Historian of literature. The son of a military historian Alexander Vasilyevich Viskovatov. He studied at St. Petersburg University and in Germany. Wrote the libretto for the Opera "the Demon" Anton Rubinstein on the eponymous poem by Lermontov, staged at the Mariinsky theatre in 1875.
