Guy Yaffe (also transliterated as Gai Joffe) is an Israeli recording and mixing engineer, producer, guitarist and vocalist. Yaffe started his career as a musician with the 1970s folk trio Meadows End, known for their vocal harmonies. After the group broke up in 1978 he went on to a long and successful career as an engineer, working primarily at Triton Studios with some of Israel's most successful musicians and groups. He is also an instructor at the Rimon School of Music.
