A.k.a. المصريين (al-Maṣriyyīn)

al-Masriyyin is an Egyptian singing group founded by هاني شنودة (Hani Shanouda) in 1977. The group was active until 1988. Other members were: منى عزيز (Mona Aziz) إيمان يونس (Iman Younis) تحسين يلمظ (tahsin Zalmaz) ممدوح قاسم (Mamdouh Qasem) The band reunited in 2009 and held several concerts at the Sawi Culturewheel after the addition of singers Ayman Saridar and Fady Al-Alfy. The current lineup is هاني شنودة (Hany Shenouda) on keyboards, إيمان يونس (Iman Younes), Fady Al-Alfy and Ayman Saridar (vocals), Bibo on percussions, Raef on the violin, Kerdany on drums and Sika on bass guitar.
