壞碑唇 (transliteration of the band's English name Vibration in Chinese) are one of the SAR's most interesting electronic acts. After the success of "three aunties and six moms" (2004) and "Summer EP" (2005), "Kou 3 Kou 4" is Vibration's fourth studio album – which was recently released in May 2006. Their music continues to feature the high-class and luxurious vocals of Yvonne - while music production comes from the humorous, electronic funny guy – Chris. For their new album Vibration collaborated with a local famed lyricist "Joe Lei. You can also find Seasons Lee, The Pancakes, Taitau Fat and more featured in the album. Vibration make electronic music that merges electronica with live instrumentation. Their new album melds bossa nova with jazz-nova, trip-hop, new wave, drum & bass and 80s retro. Their live act brings in live drums, guitars, bass and trumpets.
