Rashomon. A project formed by Kuni Kawachi after the break-up of The Happenings Four. Their first album, "日本国憲法", (released in September 1971) was recorded using studio musicians and the group was only formed later for promotional work and gigs. The members of the live group included Pepe Yoshihiro (bass, from The Happenings Four), Paul Yukawa (vocals, guitar), Haruo Chikada, and Junichi Kanazawa (drums). Rashomon's second album, "Indian", was also recorded using session musicians, with only Yukawa from the live group participating on vocals.
