A.k.a. 若子内 悦郎 / Etsurō Wakakonai
Etsurō Wakakonai. Japanese singer born in Tokyo on March 30, 1950. He was also active under the names of 若木ヒロシ (Hiroshi Wakagi) and ちの はじめ (Hajime Chino). He debuted as a member of the Group Sound band 'The Baron', formed in February 1967 as a backup band for 尾藤イサオ (Isao Bito). Their debut single "Blue, Lonesome, Dream" was release on June 1st, 1969 under the name of "ジュリーとバロン" (Julie and Barons) with female singer 鍵山珠里 (Juri Kagiyama). Their 2nd single was released on November 5, 1970 under the name of The Baron. He then joined "Young 101", a band formed for the NHK program "Stage 101" in 1970. Performed in the duo "ワカとヒロ (Waka & Hiro)" with 芹澤廣明 (Hiroaki Serizawa / stage name 河内広明 (Hiroaki Kawachi) at the time) for Toshiba Express.
