The release contains old and new tracks. Housed in a thick case with barcode sticker on the back side. Subtitle at booklet: "Junkie 4 Life". The effect intended by Peter-Paul Pigmans for the cover was to imitate the mirror where drugs are put before they are inhaled/consumed. Hence the name Junkie for the album.
