422 are a folk band and ceilidh band based in the North East of England. They play music from all over the world with a Northern English Bias. Since winning the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award in 1999, they have released 3 Albums on Fellside Records, with a new one on the way "Go Forth" available from July 2010.
