A.k.a. 44マグナム / 44 Magnum
Japanese heavy metal band originally formed in Osaka in 1977, broke up in April 1989, and got back together in 2002. They were one of the first Japanese metal bands. 44 Magnum played heavy metal/hard rock up to 1986, then changed the music style to more mainstream rock and AOR approaches from their 1987 album. Got their ass kicked by Kuro in Kyushu around 1984, because they all had blonde hair and were on a major label... (true story)
