This album 7oi made in 2004. He never released it properly, as he never quite thought it was finished. Even so, as it collected dust under a pile, 7oi decided to give it away for free through Myspace as a celebration of his daughters birth in July 2007. It’s a collection of songs he worked on in his time as a hermit in a summer cabin in the summer of 2004. Maybe it wasn’t long enough a period to grant the hermit title, but he did spend around 1-2 weeks in solitary to record it. As it turned out, he came there with material for two albums which he then reduced to one 14 track album. It’s full of 7oi's experimenting further with his amateur guitar playing and attempts to create a more natural sounding palette of instruments, along with experiments in the opposite direction as well. Sounds like: - someone testing their abilities to play guitar - electronics vs. acoustics - nice things - things you’d make after a few beers alone in a summer cabin - experiments This album didn’t get released as a physical release, so no cover was actually made.
