AIRBLANCA was a J-Rock band composed by Hironobu Kageyama as lead vocalist, Hiroyuki Tanaka on bass, Shunji Inoue and Kenichi Sudoh on keyboards, Mitsuo Yoichi as lead guitarist and Iwata Ganta Yasuhiko in the battery. The band formed in early 1991 after the band HUMAN · NATURE was dissolved and began to give concerts to promote their self-titled album released in that year. In 1992 they finished their activity with the album Hitomi Fujimoto: My Love's Program of which they were participants of almost all their songs. The name of the band was originally from a bar with the same name located in Daikanyamachō, Shibuya where Kageyama and his friends used to go a lot.
