A.k.a. Eki Jokisalo, Marko Peteri Sienis

AXiOMiS is Eki Jokisalo and Marko Peteri, producing music since 1996. They are childhood friends and were both born in the southern part of Stockholm/Sweden. Eki´s first musical influences were Finnish music, Hip Hop, Reggae etc. He was exposed to Goa trance '96 for the first time but started his music productions with Hip Hop. Marko´s first musical influences were Reggae, Rave etc. He started producing rave music in '95 and after discovering Goa Trance in '96, he started experimenting with Goa influenced music. After hearing each others music in '98 they decided to start making music together and it resulted in a very experimental electronic sound. This first real project was called 'Axiomis', and the tracks were offered for free on the now defunct portal Mp3.com
