ADD. Made in Germany. Tracks 6, 8 and 10 are in mono; all other selections are in stereo. Some copies carry a hype sticker on the front of the jewel case that states that the CD contains previously unreleased recordings, but it's not made clear which those are. Tracks 6 and 10 recorded in 1955 Tracks 1 and 2 recorded in 1956 Tracks 7 and 8 recorded in 1958 Tracks 9 and 11 - 18 recorded in 1960 Tracks 3, 4 and 5 recorded in 1963 (Recorded by AVRO in Naarden, The Netherlands.) Track 1, "Dank Sei Dir, Herr" composed by Siegfried Ochs previously (and wrongly) attributed to George Frideric Handel.
