Total Playing Time [65:05] Technical Information: Recorded in Symphony Hall, Atlanta on February 18-19, & April 14-18, 1989 Microphones: Sennheiser MKH-20 & MKH-40 Digital Recording Processor: dbx/CTI 18-bit A/D Console: Neotek, custom-built, wired with Monster Cable Series III Monitor Speakers: ADS 1530 wired with Monster Cable Power Amplifier: Threshold Model S/500 Stasis, Series II with optical bias The entire signal path from microphones to digital processors utilized the latest cable technology from Monster Cable, including M1000, Series I Prolink and Series III Prolink bandwidth balanced Control Room Acoustic Treatment: Sonex from illbruck/usa, Soundex from Monster Cable, RPG Diffusors, Tube Traps by ASC Digital Editing: Sony DAE 3000 During the recording of the digital masters and the subsequent transfer to disc, the signal was not passed through any processing device (i.e., compression, limiting, or equalization) at any step during production. This recording is made possible by a grant from the Fulton County Arts Council, a division of Fulton County government, Atlanta, Georgia.
