Aaron Nevezie, a guitarist, bassist, producer, and engineer at The Bunker, Brooklyn (co-owner with Aaron Nevezie) with a taste for innovative sounds and creative fusions, has been a constant collaborator in the New York City jazz and rock community for more than 10 years. Raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Aaron began his professional career with the “Best Jazz Album” at the 1999 New Zealand Music Awards for the Chris White and Aaron Nevezie Quartet. Since that time, he has toured throughout the USA and Europe playing guitar and bass with such diverse artists as Nicole Atkins (Columbia), JDT (Rope-a-Dope), Ambulance Ltd (TVT), Natalie Walker (Dorado), Wakey!Wakey! (Family Records). He has performed at landmark venues including The Blue Note, Jazz Standard, Joe's Pub, the National Arts Club, Nublu.
