Millions of memories, thousands of emotions, hundreds of senses and a plurality of notes: music cannot be divided into parts of the integral.” Decimal Fraction melds electronic rhythmics with elements of glitch, underpinned by snatches of haunting and evocative melody. With numerous live performances behind them, Abjective - a collaboration between two St Petersburg brothers – expertly utilise Max MSP and homemade analog sequencers amongst other tools to shatter sound into beguiling fractions.
