American manufacturing and design company. Formerly known as Ville Platte Tape & Disc, which was built to replace the Ville Platte Record Manuf. Co. (destroyed by arson in 1994). Originally the company was owned by Floyd Soileau, but after the new plant was built, it was shortly after acquired by Stuart Fontenot.
