Achieved Divinity was formed in 2004 under the name Vøid. The name was taken from a song by Demilich. Originally conceived as a student project for learning synthesis, it quickly became a mixture of industrial and street-like drum rhythms mixed with washes of synthesizers. The project has explored many different styles over the years, as the artist's abilities and tastes expanded. Some work has been featured in film, freestyle beat mixes, and commercials. In the summer of 2015, Achieved Divinity's published work was shelved, along with collaborations, due to political and criminal unrest. Officially went on hiatus in August 2015. Reborn in October 2017, as a multi-"member" multi-instrumental project designed to bring back the old and dead sounds of this project.
