Formed: 1985, Harrogate, Yorkshire (UK). Disbanded: 1991. Reformed 2015 A British Thrash band with elements of comedy and fun, Acid Reign recorded two full-length albums and EPs through the late 1980s, a best-of The Worst Of Acid Reign appeared in 1991 before the band parted ways. Acid Reign are somewhat notable for their members contributing to other well-known bands; guitarist Gary Jennings went on to form Cathedral with Napalm Death vocalist Lee Dorrian and Carcass roadie Griff - a path guitarist Adam Lehan and drummer Mark Ramsey Wharton would also follow some years later, whilst Kevin 'Kev' Papworth joined Lawnmower Deth in 1991.
