Electronic and Pop
Adria formed in Malmö, Sweden in the fall of 1999 when the couple Julia Persson and Kristofer Ström decided to make music together having played in other bands apart. With Julia singing and playing the organ and with Kristofer's pre-recorded beats and bass, the duo's take on naive semi-electro-pop songs flowed freely, resulting in their self-released 5 track CDr EP in January 2000, followed by their debut full-length album, "Palaio Faliro" on Speakerphone Recordings.
