Slovak harp player. Adriana Antalová studied at the Conservatory and the Academy of Music and Drama in Bratislava with the harpist Ľudmila Saviczová. She comleted her education in consultations with Karel Patras in Prague and at International Interpretation Courses in Hungary. She was a member of the orchestra of the New Scene Theatre in Bratislava and the Bohuslav Martinú-Philharmonic Orchestra in Zlín. Since 1996 she has been harpist of the Symphonic Orchestra of the Slovak Radio in Bratislava. Besides, she appears as a soloist and in chamber ensembles with renowned Slovak instrumentalists – flutists, violinists or cellists. She has performed with the Slovak Chamber Orchestra, the Slovak Philharmonic Choir, and the Bohuslav Martinú-Philharmony. She devotes herself actively to the interpretation of contemporary solo and chamber music. She recorded solo concertos by Nancy Van de Vate and Aaron Rabuschka for the Vienna Modern Masters and CD French music for Violin and Harp for Diskant. Since 1998 she teaches at the Academy of Music and Drama in Bratislava.
