Album US 1998 on æ label
Electronic, Rock, Spoken Word and Pop (Alternative Rock, Pop Rock, Field Recording, Vocal, Ethereal, Ambient, Experimental)
ATF was released in 1998 on the æ label in coordination with the World Domination label. As such, there were errors in the liner notes and credits. The track list above shows all the track titles and correct order. Originally, a contribution from Robert Fripp was to be included but removed at the last minute due to miscommunication between Clark Von Trotha of æ and Robert Fripp, and also due to time constraints of the World Domination release schedule. After producing the release and making initial decisions regarding the cover art, Dale Lloyd relinquished further involvement due to a serious illness and was not able to oversee the final result of ATF2, hence the following errors on the liner notes: Track 6 on disc one is titled "Perhaps Good, Not Understood" and was mistakenly omitted during the final production stage of the graphic design. There are also spelling errors for Stuart Arentzen and Cyndia Pickering; plus Jeffery Taylor should have been credited as being with the Climax Golden Twins. Contrary to popular misconception, ATF was not a series of various artist compilations, but a collaboration project curated and produced by Dale Lloyd which featured a changing rotation of artists.
