5 years on from her second solo album (Platonic, 1994), this is Aiha Higurashi's (LOVES, SEAGULL SCREAMING KISS HER KISS HER, THE GIRL), third and final solo effort to date. A different listening experience from Higurashi's previous solo albums, Perfect Days is warmer, quite folky in style, and a lot more relaxed than the edgy garage rock of Seagull or the angular sounds of Loves, A beautiful and powerful piece of work, written and performed by the most underrated and under appreciated singer/songwriter in Japan.
