American jazz violinist. Born : September 20, 1906 in Brooklyn, New York. Died : December 22, 2006 in Freehold, New Jersey. Al worked with : "Dorsey Brothers", Freddie Rich, Merle Johnston, Roger Wolfe Kahn, Howard Lanin, with an his own band ("Al Duffy Four", 1938), Roy Bargy, Jimmy Durante, Don Voorhees, Paul Whiteman, and others.
