Folk (Folk, Ballad)
The date after most track titles appears on the rear cover. For most tracks these refer to the year of a great Scots battle. The remaining refer to events in Scottish history, notably the HIghland Clearances. The last track is MacDonalds tribute to song writer J. MacLean. who wrote and arranged many Scots folk songs, including most of the tracks on this LP.
