Composer born in Roma june 20, 1920 - dead in Mexico City july 18, 1957. composed with Angelo Francesco Lavagnino the soundtrack of the famous Othello by Orson Welles (1949). By necessity, he later dedicated himself to light music. Paired with Michele Galdieri reached the celebrity in 1945 with "Munasterio 'e Santa Chiara", a bitter tale of the city scarred by bombs. In 1952 followed the Tina De Mola soubrette in an American tour. He fell in love with Mexico City and decided to stay there. And there at the age of only 37, he was killed by a heart attack in a nightclub during an earthquake
