Paraguayan singer and composer born in Ypacaraí on May 1st, 1939. Studied guitar since a young age. Between 1970 and 1976 he studied at the Escuela Municipal De Canto. Was a member of Los Troveros De América and in 1983 he recorded in Brazil with Luis Bordón and Trío Los Cangrejos.
