Peruvian composer, producer and music entrepreneur (b. 1931) He founded in 1968 Disco Industria Nacional S.A. "DINSA", a manufacturing head organisation for many labels but in 1971 he broke the relationship with his partners on DINSA and founded Industria Fonografica Peruana S.A., for label Infopesa and studios Estudio Infopesa focused on cumbia recordings.
