A.k.a. Alberto Naranjo
Venezuelan Latin Jazz Big Band, formed in 1996 by Venezuelan composer and arranger, also drummer, percussionist Alberto Naranjo (born in Caracas, Sep. 14, 1941). Naranjo is a jazz pioneer in his motherland, one of his most reknowed project is, no doubt, El Trabuco Venezolano. Naranjo promoted several jazz bands formats, in this opportunity, reunited a Big Band with reputed musicians, to give life to Swing con Son's Project, a tribute to master Billo Frómeta.
