DVD included with the "Determination" Official Book from Young Guitar, published in 2011. Features a music video for "Ground Angel" with Rami (12), prior to her leaving the band. The song was re-recorded with Re:NO and released on District Zero. This is the only release this version of the song ever received. DVD also includes a "Gear" segment, where each band member talks about the gear she uses, and a behind-the-scenes video for the music video. There is no insert with credits, but the entire issue of the magazine as well as the interview segment names each member and specifies their roles.
