Italian composer, lyricist and conductor. Born September 18th, 1909 in Napoli, Italy. Died October 5th, 1974 in Rome, Italy. Started composing music for films in the late 30's, but has also written a number of Italian pop songs (sometimes with lyricist Luciano Luigi Martelli), as well as classical works and light music.
