Alex Eugene Newell (born August 20, 1992) is an American actor and singer. He is best known for his starring role as transgender student Unique Adams on Fox's musical comedy-drama Glee. He became better known as he developed into a singer, contributing feature vocals to songs from Clean Bandit, Blonde and The Knocks. His debut single, "Nobody To Love" was released in 2014 as the lead single from his debut EP, entitled "POWER", which was released in February 2016.
