Alex Plummet is a musical project from Siberia, Russia founded by Aleksey Filippenko. The projects main genre is trance with leading role of developing melodies and powerful culminations. As a composer, Aleksey also works in wide variety of genres, from EDM and ambient to instrumental, orchestral and symphonic music. He was always charmed by the phenomena of harmony and cacophony, the way that different sounds create something completely new together. Working in almost every genre that there's helps him to grasp this phenomena. Aleksey Filippenko was born in 1984 in Iskitim, a small town in Siberia, Russia. He has been creating music since 1998. In 2004 Aleksey becomes an official resident DJ of the local club "8". In 2011 Aleksey becomes a professional game music composer and sound designer. In 2012 he starts working with Vendace Records as a trance producer making his debut with the All About You vocal single.
