Is a Venezuelan singer and songwritter. Best known as the ex-lead vocalist of Témpano during the band's most successful era (1987-1989) and as frontman for Témpano's follow up band Poster. He has also been part of many other Venezuelan rock bands. Peña has also achieved some success as a solo artist.
