French producer and manager, born 16 June 1959 in Saint-Maurice (France). Alexis Quinlin was Taxi-Girl's manager and the founder of Mankin Records (label) and Mankin Industries and Société Nouvelle Mankin Industries (music publisher). He relocated to the US in 1990 where he was later involved in and sentenced for a Ponzi scheme scam often passing himself as Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
