Alfonso Mosesti (Rivignano, Udine, 18.IV.1924 - Torino, 6.IV.2018) outstanding italian violinist, pupil in Trieste of Cesare Barison for the violin and of Antonio Illersberg. In his long solo career premiered, among others, Gaetano Pugnani rediscovered Violin Concerto in D major and Antonio Illersberg Violin Concerto in G major. Concertmaster and renowned soloist of RAI Orchestras in Rome, Naples and Turin, from 1954 to 1999. He played on his own Giuseppe Guadagnini.
