There is no mention of tracks 12 and 13 (which is a cover of U2's "With Or Without You") on the release. "Hallowed Ground" is somewhat of a cover of Simon & Garfunkel's "Scarborough Fair", though only the first verse is the same. Subsequent verses (that aren't a repeat of the first verse) are apparently written by Alias Grace (though I'm not certain, as there are no writing credits in the liner notes.
