Australian singer/songwriter. Won his first Golden Guitar award at Tamworth in 1980; his sixth at 27 years later, in 2007. In songwriting lore, he is best known for penning “On the Inside” (the theme for the Australian TV show “Prisoner”). It reached No.1 in Australia and New Zealand, No.3 in England and made the Country Charts in the USA. Brother of Brian Caswell.
