Allen Iverson s an American professional basketball player. He took a chance with rapping in 2000, but his music career was short-lived. He dropped a single called "40 Bars" but immediately faced criticism for lyrics that spoke ill of homosexuals. Groups began protesting and speaking out against Iverson, and while the basketball player did end up changing the lyrics, the album was scrapped.
