Almófar is a dark ambient project from Argentina that formed in 2009 with a large presence of ambient black metal. The project consists of one member who goes under the name of Unsilent. He describes his music as “Epic Dark Medieval Ambient”. While the lyrics and aesthetics (French medieval history and depression) are in vein of black metal, musically it’s in the dark ambient style.
