Singer / Musician / Producer of Reggae
Jamaican Reggae Artist also spelled Alrick Forbes, he was a singer, musician (guitar & bass player) and producer (on his Forbes Label). He moved to Trenchtown in 1969 to break into the Reggae Music scene, he lived in Yabby You's neighborhood with whom he recorded the famous song Conquering Lion, and formed Prophets. In the 80s he settled in the US where he toured with The Gladiators and formed The Defenders with Clinton “Bassie” Fearon, Greg Jones, Clinton Rufus, Errol “Tarzan” Nelson and Soljie Hamilton He died in 1998
