Singer of Latin
Brazilian singer and songwriter born in 1957. She is the seventh daughter of a family of artists, the Espindola family. She began her professional career with her siblings: Tetê Espíndola, Geraldo Espíndola and Celito Espíndola, at the launch of the LP Tetê e o Lírio Selvagem (1978/80). After five years (1985), she started her solo career with the release of Alzira Espíndola LP (1987), produced by Almir Sater. In this album, she interpreted some of her own compositions and also works from other composers such as: Almir Sater, Paulo Simões, Guilherme Rondon, Capenga, Renato Teixeira and Arrigo Barnabé.
