Also known as Don Américo, Argentinian violinist, arranger, orchestra director. Has also been a teacher at the Buenos Aires conservatoire, and the director of Radio Nacional. Lived a while in Columbia in the 1950's. Played with the Orquesta de Radio Belgrano, before he created his own orchestra, focusing on boleros, and supported by the Odeon label: Orquesta de Don Américo (also named Don Américo y sus Caribes). He accompanied with his orchestra: Leo Marini, Fernando Torres, Fernando Albuerne, Gregorio Barrios, ... (Buenos Aires, 30 Apr.1913 - 1965) nb. for the trumpet player, use
